SVG to PNG
Render an SVG as a PNG at a pixel width you choose. Icons, logos, and simple illustrations stay crisp because the vector is drawn at the output size.
This file never leaves your device. The tool runs in your browser.
How to use it
- Drop an .svg file.
- Set the PNG width in pixels.
- Preview the render.
- Download the PNG.
A logo for a profile photo
An SVG logo with a square viewBox, exported at 1024 pixels wide, becomes a 1024×1024 PNG that stays sharp on a retina screen.
SVG is sharp at any size, and PNG is what social uploads and slide decks accept. Set the width in pixels and the height follows the SVG viewBox. A logo exported at 512 or 1024 pixels is a practical default. The renderer uses your browser’s SVG engine. Scripts inside an SVG are not executed as a page; the file is drawn as an image. Very complex SVGs with external fonts or linked images may look different if those assets are not embedded.
Questions
Will the PNG be blurry?
Not if you export it at the size you will display. A 64 pixel PNG stretched to 600 pixels looks soft. Export at 600 pixels or more.
Does it support transparent SVG?
Yes. Transparency in the SVG is kept in the PNG.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The file is read in your browser and processed on this device. ProHacks does not receive the photo or the PDF.
Can I convert PNG back to a real SVG here?
No. Tracing pixels into vectors is a different job. This page renders vectors to pixels.
